2.10. With the passage of competitive selection student must have a passport Ukraine, registration certificate, certificate of withdrawal of military medical commission for the seat of the military records. Without the presence of these documents the student to undergo a competitive selection is not allowed.
2.11. The level of student's progress is measured in points on the basis of his compilation exams in high school for the semester preceding the beginning of military training, and is defined as the product of multiplying the average score for the exams passed 100.
2.12. Professional psychological selection of students for training program for reserve officers shall be subject to the requirements of the Instruction on military-professional orientation of young people and entrance examinations in higher military educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and military training units of higher educational institutions of Ukraine, approved by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on April 14, 1998 № 152 (as amended), the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 25 June 1998 for № 398/2838.

2.13. In order to determine the level of knowledge of pre-conscription training selection committee conducts testing of students, which consists of 5 tasks in writing and 5 tasks on the practical implementation of standards (methods). Scores for each task test is 20 points, the maximum number of points - 200. Students who when tested scored less than 50% (less than 100 points) of the maximum number of points from the candidates for military training deducted.
The list of tasks is developed and approved by the department head of the Institute.
2.14. Check the physical fitness of candidates for military training conducted after medical examination.
Assessing the level of physical fitness is determined by the results of the practical exercise in accordance with the guidelines of physical training in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, approved by the Minister of Defence of Ukraine on November 5, 1997 № 400. All exercises are taken in one day. For the exercises given one attempt. Re exercises to improve physical fitness assessment of candidates for military training is not allowed.
The level of physical fitness of candidates is assessed as "test" or "nezalik." Subject to receiving the assessment "nezalik" student of the candidates for military training is counted. The decision on the selection committee of students, a separate protocol.
2.15. Total points received by student test results, based on the results of professional psychological screening and medical examination and the average score of training, the student ranks.
For every student from the candidates for military training entered one of the following conclusions:
"Recommended for admission";
"Not recommended for admission."
According to the results of the contest for each military occupational specialty includes separate ranking list. List of approved at a meeting of the selection committee, which consists of a protocol.
According to the rating list of the Selection Committee is developing a draft decree on university enrollment of students for military training.
Chairman of the Selection Committee acquaints students with the results of the contest (scoring list).
2.16. Enrollment of students for training program for reserve officers from the State Budget of Ukraine and the funds received from legal or natural persons as payment for services related to education, by order of the university rector (head HMEI) based on the minutes of the selection Committee.
The selection of students ending not later than one month before the beginning of military training.
2.17. Appeals students on a competitive selection considers the appeal committee structure and operations which is approved by the Rector of the University.
An appeal by the student test results must be submitted on the day of the oral test and a written test with - not later than the next business day after the announcement score for the test.
Additional questioning of students during the appeal is allowed.
On the order of filing appeals and students should be aware of prior to the competition.
2.18. Among students who are recommended to enroll for training program for reserve officers for the funds received from legal or natural persons, and rector of the university within one month of contracted military training student.
If a student refuses to enter into a contract within the specified time, it expelled from military training.
For vacancies, students may be counted according to the rating if they conclude a contract in due time.
2.19. Details of competitive selection of students for military training, protocols and approved lists are stored in military training units (HMEI) to complete their military training.
